Salt off the estuary is the main reason people book window cleaning in Barton-upon-Humber, and we deal with it for homes and businesses using purified water.
Barton-upon-Humber is the town at the south end of the Humber Bridge, right on the estuary. Wind off the Humber carries salt, and it leaves a film on windows and fascias that does damage if it’s left there. Houses on the north side facing the water get the worst of it. The town also has some fine Georgian buildings by the river, and their older brick and stone need a low-pressure clean rather than a jet wash.
Salt off the Humber leaves a white film on glass in Barton-upon-Humber all year round, worst on houses facing the estuary. Purified water is the right way to get it off, rather than a bucket and detergent.
Then there’s the salt, which our water-fed poles wash off from the ground, and the pure water dries without a mark.
Older brick by the river gets a lighter touch than new uPVC, because the method should suit the surface.
Each visit is covered by our £1m public liability insurance, so you’re not taking a risk.
